Parish Registration
For parish sacraments, programs, and ministries, please register as a member of Saint Boniface by downloading and completing the parish registration form below. Paper copies are also available near the doors of the church. Registration forms can be submitted by email, postal mail, or by placing them in the collection basket during Mass.
